Wet Paper Trash Bags
Ok -- so you all know I am a bit eccentric.
However, it makes my quite proud to look out at our little trash pile in front of 484 and see that we might care a bit for the pour souls who must pick up our trash. We have all the trash - mostly recyclables -- neatly stacked and accessible from the street. No paper bags, no boxes, nothing stacked on the sidewalk, no televisions, microwaves, or sofa carcasses. Do people really think that a paper Whole Foods bag filled with trash will stand up to some wet snow?
The lack of consideration astounds me at times. I swear I'm going to turn out to be Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino. Watch out.
